At the North Pocono Public Library

Story Hours:
Every Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. and some Saturdays at 11 a.m., join other preschool-age children for an hour of fun with stories and a crafts. Wonderful volunteers read to the children and they enjoy the rewarding time spent at the library. Bring your child to participate in our fun stories! Check out books afterward to continue reading stories at home. Don't forget your library card! Register for our story hours in the library or call 842-4700 to register. You can obtain a monthly events calendar in our Library that will include our Saturday story and craft hour dates.

Lap Sit Story Time is every Friday morning at 10 AM for children 2 1/2 years and younger! We sing songs and read short stories on the story time rug for 20-30 minutes. This is a great way to start socializing your child with other children and the weekly experience introduces a structured but fun school-like setting.
