Battle of the Books 2014

At the North Pocono Public Library

The Lackawanna County Library System will host its popular competition "Battle of the Books". This contest is divided into two levels: 7th-9th grade and 10th-12th grade and teams will consist of 3-5 members. Represent North Pocono as you compete against teens from other county libraries. Test your knowledge by answering questions about books from this year's reading list (see below). Registration is in the Library. The deadline to register is June 21. Weekly team meetings will take place in July. The contest will be held Thursday, August 14 starting at 5:30 PM at Marywood University's Lynett Multi Media Room in Dunmore.
